I had to call the dentist after hours due to some questions about my son having issues. Dr. Ortega answered thoroughly and kindly. He made sure we could be seen the next day. When we went in the next day to be seen, he was very thorough and was able to let us in for full mouth cleaning and exam. He even made balloon animals for him at the end! We will definitely continue and my son loves going to the dentist now! The staff were kind, caring, and helpful as well!”

Love this Place!

They are so great and wonderful and patient! I’ve always loved going there- 1) The space works well for a parent to be close to two (or more) kids even when they’re in different places 2)My kids love the toys (currently 7.5 & 10, gone there since little).3) They are very knowledgeable and professional 4) They can fix cavities without any pokes 5) They have TVs above the chairs! 6) They stay up to date on the most effective treatments and knowledge. 7) They are very patient and accommodating.

Our young kids started going to Dr. Ortega last year and we’ve had the best experience. He takes the time to explain to our two year olds what he is going to do and meets them where they are each visit. Highly recommend Sandcastle for your littles, especially if they are just starting to go to the dentist.
